2018 Smothers-Remick Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon

The elevation of this vineyard lends itself to exhibit a distinct aromatic quality, where the classic Sonoma Valley red fruit character is taken to a new level.  Intensely perfumed with dark cherry and black plum, this decadence is greeted on the palate with some serious structure. Dried violet and burnt sugar carry through on the palate with velvety texture and a notable acidity that will allow this wine to age effortlessly for many years.
