Since 1992 Arrowood has been making Réserve designate Cabernet Sauvignon. The same passion that inspired it then, continues today. Our drive
for perfection is unlike anything Sonoma has ever seen. It is a special wine that is born out of an all-consuming obsession. That drive has
allowed us to showcase Sonoma by demonstrating the greatness that can be achieved within its borders.
The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon, Réserve Spéciale, distinguishes itself as a Sonoma Valley designate. Four top Sonoma Valley
vineyard sources come together in the making of this wine. Lasseter Vineyards, Smothers-Remick Ridge Vineyards, Monte Rosso Vineyard, and Murray Ranch Vineyard each
represent the best benchland, hillside and mountain vineyards in Sonoma Valley.
Our sense of worth is driven by our own standards and not those of others. Our dedication to our ideals has always earned us respect and has
always led to superior wine. Wine writer/critic, Robert Parker, Jr., recently wrote of Winemaster Richard Arrowood:
“His Cabernet Sauvignons are some of the finest from Sonoma, and after ten or more years of aging, his top cuvee, the Réserve Spéciale,
